The statistics presented by the government before Parliament on Wednesday revealed that of all the modes of transport available in Delhi, women were most vulnerable to harassment aboard aircraft, with 14 such cases registered between 2009 and March 2012, signaling a rise in such incidents. Buses, meanwhile, come a close second with 10 such reports, a decline from previous years.
