New Delhi: Four people were arrested on Saturday for allegedly thrashing a woman for feeding stray dogs in Delhi.
In a video which emerged earlier in the day, a Kashmiri woman, who regularly used to feed the stray dogs were seen thrashed by residents of a DDA colony in Delhi’s Siddharth Extension.
The incident took place on Thursday night.
