A woman allegedly slapped a traffic sub-inspector of police who was on duty today. Police said the incident happened when the cop fined the woman for parking her car in a ‘no-parking’ area in busy Ameerpet area here. Irked with the act of policeman fining her Rs 200, she reportedly slapped him in public in broad daylight while the cop was in uniform.
Since the woman slapped a policeman who was on duty, she was arrested by the police and was shifted to Punjagutta police station, police added. UNI
