A woman was allegedly shot dead by her neighbours over keeping cattle outside her house in Jamianagar locality here, police said today. The 32-year-old victim identified as Sehrunisha, was shot dead yesterday following a heated argument with her neighbours Mujammil and Rehman Ali over keeping cattle outside her house, police said.
Police has arrested one person, Rehman Ali after a case was registered against the two accused. The body has been sent for post mortem, they said.
In an another incident, a 20-year-old girl was found murdered at Budhana town in the district yesterday. The identity of the deceased girl is yet to be established, police said.
The body has been sent for post-mortem, they said, adding that investigation was on.
