Brazil: A barbarous and inhuman incident has taken place in Brazil in which a couple was brutally murdered and eaten by the murderers.
Going into the details, a gang of five people raided a house and held hostage of the couple for 24 hours. The couple, Cristina Amaral, 44, and her husband Juvenal was murdered by the gang.
The couple’s decayed bodies were found buried on January 9 in Brazil.
According to the news reported in ibtimes, the authorities believe that the gang had beaten Juvenal and forced him to see his wife being raped by them and then then woman was raped and ripped her body parts and ate them.
Detective Maria Tereza Santos says that the gang might have practiced cannibalism and told to Mail Online that “Internal organs, including the ovaries and fallopian tubes, had been ripped out of the female’s body and other body parts are missing. There is no indication of where these organs are.”
She further added that “We found that soft tissue had been deliberately cut and sliced from the bones of the victims. We are also investigating whether consumption took place while the victims were still alive.”
“Forensic experts have not conclusively proved the accused ate parts of their victims, but the evidence is pointing to this fact.”
Maria Santos told that “Her husband was also viciously tortured. The killers allegedly sliced open his back with a knife while he was alive. The suspects confessed that they hung their victims before they died and beheaded the wife.”
Charges of rape, murder, robbery, illegal possession of weapons and suspected cannibalism have been registered against the five suspects who have committed such an inhuman act.
