New Delhi, June 18: A 28-year-old woman was allegedly raped by two of her former employers in outer Delhi, police said today.
The victim was called to the factory where she was earlier working by her employers — Pintu Kumar (28) and Hari Ram (35) — on Sunday on the pretext of settling her salary dues and she was then allegedly raped by the duo, they said.
She had left the job after she faced harassment at the work place.
The victim went to the factory on Sunday evening where the two accused allegedly kept her in illegal confinement and raped her, police said, adding they threatened her with dire consequences if she approached the police.
Fearing disrepute, they said, Pinky did not go to police station.
On Tuesday, she told her sister, who then informed their father. Her father took her to police station.
Policemen took her to a city hospital where a medical examination confirmed rape.
A case of rape, illegal confinement and criminal intimidation has been registered against the two who were arrested.
