Kota:A 40-year-old married woman and her 25-year-old paramour allegedly committed suicide in Anta town of Baran district, police said.
Both were residents of Ajeetpura area in Anta and consumed poison at her home late last night. They were rushed to a local hospital and then to Maharo Bheem Singh (MBS) hospital in Kota where they succumbed this morning, sub-inspector Paramanand said.
The bodies have been handed over to their families after post mortem, he said, adding no suicide note was recovered from the house.
While the woman had two children with her mentally challenged husband, the man was unmarried and frequently visited her house, the SI said.
