In a shocking incident 25 year old woman, Asma Begum died of starvation at Kulsoompura. There was no one to look after her. According to the police her fault was that none of her 4 children survived during her 8-year married life, due to which her husband and relatives left her to bear the brunt of poverty and starvation.
Asma Begum, resident of Ziaguda was said to be the wife of Mohammed Pasha. They got married 8 years ago; during the period Asma Begum gave birth to 4 children but none of them survived. One of her children died 20 days ago. Police believe that Asma died due to lack of medication and starvation.
