On Tuesday night, a woman committed suicide over dowry harassment in Vinayakanagar, Medchal.
According to the Medchal police, the deceased M. Radhika, 24year-old, wife of Sangaiah, an APSRTC employee was allegedly being harassed for the past six months. However Radhika’s family gave the demanded dowry of 22.5 lakh cash and 30 grams gold ornaments.
In spite of everything she was harassed. Unable to bear it, she took the extreme step.
