Muzaffarnagar: A 30-year-old woman was allegedly beaten to death and robbed of her ornaments by two unknown men at Bijnor road in the district this morning, police said.
Babli was riding on a bike along with her husband Arun Kumar when their vehicle was intercepted by two persons.
They snatched the woman’s jewelery and when she tried to resist, the accused beat her up, they said.
The woman was rushed to a hospital where she was declared dead, police said, adding efforts were on to nab the absconding accused.
