Experience in customer service industry (Hospitality, Aviation, Customer Service, Bpos) for over 6
months experienced resources.
Written and spoken fluency in business English.
Experience working in a B2C environment.
Comfortable with a rapidly-changing environment.
Technologically capable – able to quickly learn customer service software applications.
Strong problem-solving skills.
90% day shifts and 5 day working.
