TRS Legislator V Srinivas Goud today accused Kamalanathan Committee of preparing false reports on bifurcation of the government employees. He said the Telangana Employees will meet Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh and complain against Kamalanathan for failing to complete the process of bifurcation of employees, assets and resolving related issues so far.
Srinivas Goud urged the Centre to take initiative to sort out amicably the bifurcation of employees of two Telugu States of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. The MLA, who heads the employees association in Telangana Secretariat, said Kamalanathan is yet to take a call on division of employees of 9th and 10th schedules.
Despite Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao proposing with Governor ESL Narasimhan to allot employees to their home States and avoid shifting them to other States, the committee did not take a call, he wondered. Srinivas Goud objected to the Committee for filling posts in Telangana with Andhra Pradesh employees in the name of options.
Stating that there was a possibility of cropping up differences among the employees, he sought immediate shifting of Andhra Pradesh staff from Telangana to their home State. Despite two-and-a-half years of bifurcation, the issues of the employees are yet to be solved, he deplored. The bifurcation blues of the State of Telangana are causing a lot of inconvenience to the employees, he said. He also said an inter-state agreement has to be reached out between the two States on transportation of bus services. The Andhra Pradesh Government was ignoring the issue and remained reluctant to give a nod for long-term permit policy among the two States, he added. (NSS)
