Who will be CM; Mulayam to Decide

Central Parliamentary Board of Samajwadi
Party has put the stamp on party president Mulayam Singh Yadav
becoming the chief minister of Uttar Pradesh for the fourth time
in the state.

The Board, which met here on Wednesday, took a decision
in this regard electing Mr Yadav as the leader of the Legislature
Party, SP national secretary Kiranmoy Nanda told here.

Though, he said the formal announcement will be made in the
SP Legislature Party meeting after Holi festival, some inner
party sources indicated that Mr Mulayam Singh Yadav may put
the crown his son Akhilesh Yadav’s head.

Sources said though the board has already authorised Mr
Mulayam Singh Yadav for the chief minister post, the decision
to become the CM or pass on the baton to his son rested on him.

Senior party leader Mohd Azam Khan, who won the assembly
elections from Rampur, is on the way to Lucknow while other
senior leader Mohan Singh is in Delhi for treatment.
