Apparently, Katrina Kaif wanted to remake a French film in Hindi. But the deal fell through and then she wanted to buy off the rights of another movie.
And it was then that Bunty Walia who knew about the fact that Katrina wanted to get the rights, picked out the flick Swindlers and decided to remake it. Salman knew about this and clashed with Bunty.
Once upon a time Bunty Walia’s GS Entertainment and Sohail Khan too were partners, but fell apart and this led to a fight between Salman and Bunty as Salman felt that Katrina had been cheated.
We are told that the film in Hindi is being called Cheaters. How ironic!
