The programme is being jointly implemented by Agriculture Department and KVK from December 1, 2017, Telangana Today reported.
This programme works in a manner that Agriculture Extension officer visits to the Agriculture fields and if there is any problem, the image would be sent to the e-Sayam group. The scientists included in the group will provide the solution to the problem.
The project also takes feed backs from the farmer. The idea for developing e-Sayam came from IIIT, Gachibowli team, which sought Rs 20 lakh to design the project.
