Westminster Dog Show 2018: Here are the cutest dogs

Washington: On Day 1 of the 142nd edition of the Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show at Madison Square Garden in New York, the best dogs came out to compete in their respective groups.

Four winners were crowned from the Hound, Toy, Non-Sporting, and Herding Groups.

Hound: GCHG CH Belisarius JP My Sassy Girl, a Borzoi known as “Lucy,” owned by Michele Molnar & Jamie Danburg & Minoru Kato.

Toy: GCHS CH Hill Country’s Puttin’ On The Ritz, a Pug known as “Biggie,” owned by Carolyn Koch.

Non-Sporting: GCHP CH Belle Creek’s All I Care About Is Love, a Bichon Frise known as “Flynn,” owned by Patrina & Bruce Odette & Lindsay Van Keuren & Lorrie Carlton & L Letsche DVM.

Herding: GCHP CH Majestic Elite Clever Endeavor a Border Collie known as “Slick,” owned by Ricki Johnson & J Frank Baylis & Ronni Delay.

Nearly 2900 canine beauties in 202 breed and varieties from 50 states and Washington D.C. are pitted against each other in the 2018 Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show.

Dog breeders converged with canines in tow to compete for “Best in Show” in one of the most prestigious dog shows in the world. The winner will be named on February 13. (ANI)
