Facts of the Case:
On the tip of information,today npvember 6th the Commissioner Task Force Team North Zone,apprehended Habeeb Shaik @ Habeeb who was waiting at the parking place,Secunderabad Railway Station,along with fake Indian Currency Notes of rupees 3,95,000 for handed over to accused Ghouse resident of tallab katta in old city…….
The accused Ghouse contacted Habeeb Shaik @ Habeeb and requested him to provide fake Indian currency from West Bengal , and exchanging the same at hyderabad will give very high profit and luxury life and promised to pay 50,000 original Indian Currency for rupees 1,00,000 fake Indian currency (1:2 Ratio). Accordingly the accused Habeeb Shaik @ Habeeb went to his native in West Bengal which is only 5 KM to away from Bangladesh,The accused Habeeb contacted one known person by name Nazeeb in West Bengal who promised to supply fake Indian currency to a tune of rupees 4,00,000 at a rate of 20,000 original Indian currency for every one lakh fake Indian currency,Accordingly in the last week of October Nazeeb came to his native place Kistapoor and delivered rupees 4,00,000 fake Indian currency all in 500 denomination.On counting he found that the currency was 3,95,000 instead of 4 lakhs…………
The accused Habeeb Shaik @ Habeeb will be handed over to Gopalpuram Police Station for taking further action u/s. 489 (A), (B),(C) IPC(SNB)…………………
