Journalists of Maldives who are visiting India came to Siasat office and met Mr. Zahed Ali Khan, Mr. Zaheeruddin Ali Khan, Mr. Amer Ali Khan. Their visit has been arranged by Ministry of External Affairs of Govt. of India the 7 member delegation of Maldives observed the activities of Siasat. It expressed its surprise on the Welfare Activities of Siasat for the community. They said that Social Welfare Activities organized by a news paper are worth appreciating.
The members of the delegation elicited information about the culture and civilization of Hyderabad. These delegation is trying to understand the culture of India by visiting Ministers, Industrialist and Journalist.
Mr. Zahid Ali Khan apprised them of the freedom of Press in India and said that it is exemplary. Mr. Zahid Ali Khan further remarked that if Journalistic organizations take up social welfare activities, a great revolution could be possible.
Mr. Zaheeruddin Ali Khan gave the details of various social welfare activities undertaken by Siasat Urdu Daily. Mr. Amer Ali Khan gave him the details of various stages of editing and publishing the news paper.
