We will stall proceedings in parliament:KCR

TRS chief K Chandrasekhara Rao has said his party would stall the proceedings in Parliament on the Telangana issue.
Speaking to the media before leaving for Delhi to attend Parliament session along with Medak MP Vijaya Shanti, KCR said he would also meet leaders of other parties which are in favor of Telangana, to mount pressure on the Union government to take an early decision on the issue.

He said the TDP was responsible for the no-confidence motion against the State government getting lost in the Assembly. He said this was the first time in the history that main Opposition party came to the rescue of the ruling party.

Stating that NTR’s TDP was gone long back and the present one was the party of useless men, KCR said with the stand taken by the TDP in the House, their real face got exposed. He maintained that the stand taken by the TDP was suicidal. KCR said Chief Minister Kiran Kumar Reddy stating that he would not give a single paisa to the Telangana region amounted to contempt of the House.

He said his party was consulting legal experts on the comments made by the Chief Minister in the Assembly. He said people would not appreciate the Chief Minister saying ‘Basti Me Saval’ in the House. He also said he would be meeting Union Minister Sharad Pawar and other national leaders in Delhi and explain to them that they would be demanding that the Telangana Bill be introduced between April 22 and May.
