AICC official spokesperson and Rajya Sabha member Renuka Choudary has said the people of Telangana would achieve statehood in a respectable manner.
Talking to the media here on Saturday, Renuka said the Congress was not bothered about the predictions of TRS chief K. Chandrasekhara Rao. She alleged that it was actually KCR, who was diluting the Telangana movement. She said that it was for the Congress to decide how and when to concede Telangana.
Replying to a question, she asserted that Khammam district was very much a part of Telangana.She said that she would release a development plan with Rs 30 crores allotted from her MP Local Area Development funds.
Renuka also condemned the increasing atrocities like gang rapes of women. She stressed the need for implementing the Domestic Violence Act
