Perhaps this is one of the most important parliamentary election after Emergency in which not only the majority of a party would be decided but also the fate of democracy. This was disclosed by noted social activist, Ms. Shabnam Hashmi. She said that this election will also decide whether citizens of this country would be able to enjoy their fundamental rights or not.
Comparing Vajpayee’s regime, Ms. Shabnam said that RSS had not deteriorated to such an extent at that time as it is now.
Even after Advani’s Rath Yatra, hatred against the Muslims was not at its peak. People were not prepared to construct Ram Temple. Even today, the majority of the people of India are in favor of saving democracy. The people who want to divide the country have outnumbered those who love democracy and fraternity.
B.J.P is trying to impose the Gujarat model of hatred and killings in the entire country.
Modi, Yogi, Shah and other leaders of BJP have been issuing such statements which enhance only hatred. They want to tarnish the image of the freedom fighters.
It is very shameful for our country that moral values have been deteriorated.
In Mob Lynching, People are being killed in the name of Cow. People take out processions in favor of rapists. In universities, the students who ask questions are booked under sedition laws. PM Modi is asking voters in the name of martyrs. BJP floated a terrorist accused as a candidate.
Ms. Shabnam Hashmi appealed to the people to cast their votes in favor of Kanhaiya Kumar.
