We have to take one match at a time: Zaheer

Mumbai, March 19: Mumbai Indians have made a good start in the Indian Premier League and the team now need to carry on their winning momentum in the days to come, feels pace spearhead Zaheer Khan.

Zaheer, who played for the Bangalore Royal Challengers in IPL’s first season two years ago, thinks that they should now focus on one match at a time in the Twenty20 League.

“We are happy to have begun well but importantly we need to maintain the momentum. We have to focus on each game, take small step at a time,” Zaheer said on the eve of their third match against the Bangalore team here tomorrow.

Sachin Tendulkar-led MI have started their campaign with two victories in as many ties — against Rajasthan Royals at home and Delhi Daredevils away.
