Hyderabad, April 26: The Hyderabad Metropolitan Water Supply and Sewerage Board (HMWS&SB) will hold its Prajavani programme from 10 am to 1 pm on April 25 at all Operations and Maintenance divisions from I to XVI for solving grievances of consumers relating on the spot.
Water Board has delegated powers to chief general managers and general managers to settle disputes at divisional level up to Rs15,000.
Disputes above Rs 15,000 would be solved at the head office at Khairatabad.
