Mathura: Temples are offering a new way to exchange unaccounted cash of black money into white.
According to ABP news, Mathura’s Govardhan temple is one such that made transactions of demonetising currency notes of Rs 1,000 and Rs 500 possible.
Since the charity attract no tax or penalisation under the Income Tax Act, the income earned by temples management from temple hundi collection is exchanging the demonetised currency with Rs 50 and Rs 100 notes.
