A video surfaced on the social media showing BJP MP, Vitthal Radadiya kicking an old man at a religious function.
Vitthal Radadiy who known as serial offender is MP from Gujarat. It is to be noted that Radadiya had sparked a controversy in October 2012 after brandishing a gun at a toll booth employee.
