Was Bhanu Kiran nabbed in New Delhi?

Hyderabad, January 18: Mr Bhanu Kiran, prime accused in the murder of faction leader Maddelacheruvu Suri, was arrested in New Delhi, said unconfirmed reports.
According to these reports, police from Andhra Pradesh went to New Delhi and after an intensive search the wanted accused was arrested in the Karolbagh area. However, the Delhi police have not confirmed these reports. The Hyderabad Police Commissioner, Mr A K Khan, has dismissed these reports and said he had no information that Bhanu was arrested.

Earlier reports said that Bhanu was arrested in Bengaluru. Mr Khan has dismissed these reports then. If the police were to be believed, Bhanu, who allegedly murdered Suri in broad daylight in Hyderabad, has silently vanished and the police were not efficient enough to trace him, though they knew of the murder almost immediately.

Meanwhile, the Hyderabad police have reportedly questioned the wife of Manmohan Singh, gunman of the slain faction leader Suri. Manmohan Singh has also disappeared immediately after the murder of Suri.
