Giving timely respite to Mr. Akbaruddin Owaisi, MIM MLA of Chandrayangutta constituency, 7th Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate of Nampally Criminal Court cancelled the Non-bailable warrant. Mr. Mohammed Abdul Azeem, Advocate had submitted a petition for this. After hearing his petition the court cancelled the warrant but it instructed the MLA to be present in the court on 9th May.
It may be noted that Nampally Criminal Court had issued a non-bailable warrant for Akbaruddin Owaisi on the complained lodged by Karuna Sagar. The Court had ordered Madannapet Police to execute the warrant to produce Akbaruddin Owaisi on 9th May.
