Hyderabad, September 28: The Tukkaramgate police on Tuesday arrested a school warden for allegedly burning the hand of a six-year-old student.
According to police, the accused Deepak was the warden of St Francis School at Mahindra Hills allegedly burnt the hand of K Ravi when the latter did not listen to his instruction during tuition classes on September 19.
Ravi’s mother, who also works in the same school, filed a complaint against Deepak. After an enquiry, the police on Tuesday arrested Deepak from his residence. However, Deepak said boy’s hand got burnt accidentally. Further investigations are on.
