Deputy Chief Minister Kadiyam Srihari said that the Telangana Government would take steps to turn Warangal as the second education hub after Hyderabad.
Speaking after inaugurating the Telangana Golden Education Fair in Warangal on Saturday, Kadiyam said that Chief Minister K. Chandrashekar Rao was keen for comprehensive development of Warangal and the city would be turned into a hub of premier educational institutions. He said that Indian Institute of Management (IIM) would be established in Warangal soon and the Veterinary College would become operational from current academic year.
The Deputy CM said that the State Government was taking measure to improve the quality of education in both government and private educational institutions. He said that the private institutions would have to play a major role in development of Human Resources. (INN)
