It must be recalled that on 18th November 2010, Waqf Board regained possession of Begumpet Task Force building after 70 years. But even after the span of 4 years, no construction activities began on the valuable Waqf land by the Waqf Board, consequently on frequent intervals land grabbers are trying to gobble up the land.
On Saturday many people were seen on the land when asked they clearly told that the land was not a Waqf property. Soon after that Special Officer Waqf Board Jalaluddin Akber, M A Hameed CEO Waqf Board and Azmatullah Khan Special Protection Officer sprung into action and sent a task force team to the said place. On reviewing the situation if was found that land grabbers have demolished Task Force Office building.
Later a case was booked against Qamer Hasan Razvi, R/O Maula Ali. After the incident Special Officer Waqf Board Mohammed Jalaluddin Akber inspected the valuable land located at Begumpet. Police picket has been deployed on the land. The area of the land located on roadside is 1100 sqyds.
