Nirmal, December 11: Waqf board Andhra Pradesh took over the commercial property of Waqf from the possession of Jamia Masjid administrative committee Nirmal while the tenure of the administrative committee had ended long back.
Syed Ghulam Afzal Biabani better known as Khusro Pasha visited Nirmal shortly after assuming the charge as Chaiman Waqf Board Andhra Pradesh and inspected the property worth crores of rupees.
Khusro Pasha keenly reviewed the details of those properties and directed all the tenants to pay the rents to the authorities of Waqf Board from the current month.
‘Preservation of Waqf properties is my foremost duty.’ Mr. Pasha proclaimed strictly.
Several noble residents lauded the step taken by Khusro Pasha. A number of youth gave a call to Mr. Khusro Pasha and congratulated him and said ‘Khusro Pasha we wish that you would have come long back.’
