Hyderabad: On receiving complaints regarding business activities in old Ashoorkhana, located at Shaikh Faiz Kaman, Yaqutpura, Waqf Board authorities have sealed the shops.
According to sources business activities had begun by constructing shops on the land adjacent to old Ashoorkhana. Locals made a compliant in this connection in Waqf Board on which the concerned inspector auditor Waqf conducted inspection.
He submitted the report to higher officials stating that businesses activities has begun illegally.
Waqf Board officials say that permission cannot be given to carry out business activities on any Waqf land and the shops were constructed illegally. Hence the Waqf Board sealed the shops.
