New Delhi: The UAE government on Thursday extradited a fugitive, Prabhjot Singh, who is wanted in murder cases by the Punjab police.
A red corner notice was issued by Interpol against Singh as he was wanted in two cases relating to murder, destruction of evidence, arms act and other crimes.
The CBI had informed the Punjab police about the same, after which a team had been sent to the UAE to arrest Singh and deport him to India, according to reports.
Notably, Singh is the fourth accused to be extradited from the Gulf nation in the past few months.
