In a major breakthrough, the Special Cell of Delhi Police claimed to have arrested a top Lashkar-e-Toiba (LeT) operative on Monday.
The arrested LeT operative has been identified as ‘Irfan’ who is said to be involved in the serial blasts in trains in the early 1990s.
The arrested LeT operative has also worked for the terrorist organisation Indian Mujahideen (IM).
