Job Description:
We are hiring for Analyst Emarketing
Job Description:
To plan & execute email and other marketing campaigns
Develop and measure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Provide weekly/monthly reporting and actionable next steps that will grow and optimize the email campaigns
Build dashboards and perform competitive benchmarking and trending
Test and establish best & effective email marketing practices.
Analyze competitor and customer insight and trends to synthesize results into clear, actionable initiatives
Capture web analytics data primarily with Omniture
Provide in-depth and insightful custom reports to communicate key metrics and findings
Analyze email campaign data and adjust strategies to deliver maximum return on investment
Identify traffic trends for improving site conversion.
Coordinate with support teams – production, fulfillment, data management, web development, sales & customer service.
Key Skills Needed:
Knowledge of marketing fundamentals, email marketing tactics, understanding of customer needs & behaviors, role of marketing communication etc; experience in B2B email marketing.
Expertise in email design, HTML and CSS preferred
Experience in using the Microsoft Office suite with very strong Excel skills
Understanding of e-business, especially website design, development & management, and online marketing nuances.
Exposure to website analysis and reporting
Experience in online marketing role, experience in email marketing preferred
Experience in Omniture, Silverpop.
Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of end users and technical resources.
