Responsibilities:
Achieving the sales target in her/ his area.
Recruit, build, maintain and motivate the agents(New & Existing IRDA Agent).
Ensure that the sales force is able to achieve planned business results.
Assign territory to the sales force; evaluate the territorys market Potential and competitive influences.
Eligibility:
* 1-6 years experience in sales. Preferable experience in insurance/ banking/ broking/ financial product selling.
* Proficiency in English and local language.
NOTE: MBA & BCOM Freshers can also attend the interview.
Salary: INR 2,00,000 – 2,75,000 P.A
