Role Summary/Purpose:–
The role entails providing high quality customer service via e-chat while ensuring that required service is rendered in accordance with the policies and procedures.
Essential Responsibilities:–
Be available as per the schedule to eChat with customers.
Resolve customer queries and concerns through Chat/E mail.
Follow-up on customer inquiries and resolve.
Qualifications/Requirements :–
Should be Customer Service Centric, Excellent English Verbal Communication Skills
Should have zeal to learn and perform as per stringent targets.
Passion for customer services.
Flexibility to work in Any shifts.
Intermediate / Graduate.
Rounds of Interview for
HR,Typing,Operations.
Cab: provided(2 Way).
Package : Upto 14K/M.
Salary:INR 1,25,000 – 1,75,000 P.A
