Solve customer queries and issues.
Ensure quality of service delivered.
Escalate customer issues for quick resolution.
Communicating courteously with customers on telephone & through email.
Investigating and solving customers’ problems.
Handling customer complaints or any crises.
Keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers.
Developing feedback or complaints procedures for customers to use.
Must possess excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
