Freshers holding M.B.A in H.R. are eligible.
Candidate should be comfortable working for 6 Days i.e. Monday to Saturday & should be willing to stretch.
Will be responsible for end to end Recruitment.
Should be able to manage complete candidate life cycle i.e. Screening , Identifying , Conducting interviews F2F or telephonic.
Conducting Interviews and maintaining track of each candidate.
Attracting applicants by placing job advertisements; using job sites.
Cold Calling for Passive Job Seekers.
6 days working with extended shifts.
Experience :0 to 2 years experience in ITeS recruitment
Education : Bachelors or Masters.
Salary Range : 1.5 LPA 2 LPA.
Walkin Date : Thursday & Wednesday – 14th & 15th September 2017
Walkin Timing : 10 AM to 12 PM

Demonstrated ability to gain Industry knowledge quickly to understand the market, competitors and the talent landscape.
Have the ability to reach out into the external market to effectively identify, attract and interact with passive candidates.
Possess hands on experience in the hiring life cycle, conducting walk-in drives and hiring tools.
