Eligibility
1) Applicants should be Indian citizens and currently resident in India;
2) Applicants must be self-funding and classified as non-EU for tuition fee purposes;
3) At the deadline applicants must hold an firm offer or acceptance to and eligible full time UCD Undergraduate programmes;
4) Scholarships are not available in Medicine and Medical Science, Veterinary Medicine, or Radiography. Please contact kate.ohanlon@ucd.ie for advice of whether your programme of study is eligible;
5) Successful candidates will be selected on merit;
6) These scholarship is not eligible to be combined with any other tuition scholarship;
Award
7) The Scholarship Programme aims to attract excellent candidates encourage early application;
8) Scholarship awards (as above) are applicable to tuition fees only;
9) Scholarship awards are renewable annually subject to the student maintaining an annual grade point average of no less than 3.2;
10) Successful candidates will be selected on merit;
11) Decisions will be made by the Scholarship Committee on or before the 1 June 2014. All decisions are final;
Application
12) To be considered for the UCD Global Excellence Graduate Scholarship (India) applicants must complete a supplemental application form in addition to applying for their chosen programme;
13) Students should apply to their chosen course as normal at www.ucd.ie/apply;
14) All eligible applications received by 30th April 2014 will be considered;
