Hyderabad: Municipal Administration and Urban Development Minister, K Taraka Rama Rao today called upon Kahmamm people to vote for the TRS candidates for growth.
He was conducting a poll campaign for civic polls at Pandurangapuram in Khammam district headquarters the minister along with local minister Tummala Nageshwar Rao and other local candidates in fray. He asked the people to vote the ruling party with thumping majority in the civic polls. The minister hoped that Khammam people with great awareness and having taken up persistent fight to address their issues will support the ruling party for growth. He accused the previous governments of failing to develop Telangana. The ruling party came up with many welfare schemes and development programs with people support during 18 months rule he said.
KTR asked the people to refrain from voting to the opposition parties as it will prove in vain. He criticized that the previous governments left behind many problems that are being addressed by the ruling party now. The people should not vote for the Congress, Telugu Desam and YCP as they will not develop he said and asked them to cast their votes for the TRS candidates. Giving votes to the TRS is giving votes to chief minister K Chandrasekhar Rao for development he said. The TRS Government has announced 5000 houses under double bedroom houses and will get Godavari waters to irrigate 5 lakhs of acres. KCR initiative to resolve the long pending projects being fructified with Maharashtra government coming forward to resolve the issue he said. KTR termed that Nageshwar Rao is like a right hand to Chief Minister. KCR and many of the ministers have great respect to Tummala and call him Anna ie elder brother, he said. (NSS)
