Vote TRS for development of N’khed: CM

Wooing the voters of Narayankhed which is going for bypoll, Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao today offered to address their issues on a war footing.
Addressing a public meeting at the town, he asked the people to vote the TRS to power to get Godavari waters through Gattulingampally area to cleanse the feet of the people and supply safe drinking water through Mission Bhagiratha. Accusing the previous governments of failing to develop the area that is deprived of every facility, KCR asked the people to elect the TRS candidate M Bhupal Reddy for growth. Getting nostalgic of how he, being a lean man, fought for the statehood for 14 long years and faced criticism from opposition parties, he said that the TRS came to power to wipe out the tears of people and provide all facilities.
KCR slammed the earlier Congress and TDP governments for leaving behind many problems. The ruling party will develop the segment like that of Sidhipet. Being the Chief Minister ‘I could not digest the misery and problems plaguing the town’, he said. Like no other state in India, the Telangana Government implementing many welfare schemes spending a whopping Rs 35000 crore for pensions alone, he claimed. About 3400 people are benefited from the pension scheme in Narayankhed area he said and asked the people to vote their party for growth. Moved at the pathetic conditions of the area, minister Harish is seeking better financial support for rapid growth of the town. He praised Harish as a bullet like leader vying for its development.
Harish Rao said that the TRS Government gave Rs 14 crore for the marketyard in the area. The TRS winning the election is clear as the people are extending support to the ruling party, he said. The minister further said that on winning the seat, he will touch the feet of KCR seeking more funds to develop Narayankhed.(NSS)
