Educational Qualification:
| (1) Pass in regular Plus Two (10 and 12th) or its equivalent from recognised Board of Studies. |
| (2) A degree of a recognised university on regufar pattern (OR) through correspondence. |
| (3) Minimum speed of 30 words per minute in English Typewriting; and basic Computer knowledge with MS-Office course completion Certificate. |
