The city police today busted two gangs, one of them linked to Jharkhand, who were involved in lifting vehicles and stealing cellphones. Fourteen mobile phones and five bikes were recovered from the gangs, police said. A four-member gang from Sahibganj district, Jharkhand came to the city a few weeks ago as tourists and was involved in stealing more than 30 cellphones, they said. All the four members of the gang were below 20 years and they were arrested from Gopalapatnam area, police said. PTI
