Viveka wants YSRC to seek united AP

Hyderabad, July 9: Former agriculture minister YS Vivekananda Reddy has suggested to his nephew YS Jagan Mohan Reddy to have a resolution adopted by the YSR Congress Party plenary favouring united Andhra Pradesh.
He told newsmen here on Friday that had YSR been alive, the agitation for a Telangana state would not have reached this stage. He was not keen on either a cabinet berth or Council or Assembly membership, he said and added that for one to serve people, positions of power were not necessary. Referring to Jagan’s attack on the Congress, he said that by doing so the Kadapa MP was damaging the reputation of his late father.
