Hyderabad: BJP leader and former MP G. Vivek Venkataswami on Monday alleged that the chief minister of the state KCR had betrayed his own nephew T. Harish Rao to make his son KTR as the next CM of the state. He also alleged that the people of the state were suffering a lot due to the ‘Tughlaq’ like decisions of the state.
Alleging that the CM has earned huge amount of corrupt money in the name of construction of Kaleswaram lift irrigation project by increasing its cost from Rs.30,000 crore to Rs.1 lakh crore, he claimed that the CM had used the corrupt money earned by him in the recent elections. Addressing media persons in the city, Vivek alleged that the CM had failed to fulfill his poll promises like two BHK houses and three-acre land to the Dalits of the state.
Vivek has recently joined the BJP following an invitation from the BJP Leaders. He met with the BJP national president Amit Shah before formally joining the saffron party.
