Peddapalli MP G Vivekanand on Sunday said that he was consulting legal experts to file a petition in the Supreme Court over the injustice being meted out to Telangana region in the increase of medical seats.
Talking to media persons at Sultanabad in Karmnagar district, Vivek accused the State Government of showing step-motherly attitude towards Telangana region since a long eges. He said that the latest example was the increase in medical college seats across the State where Telangana was completely ignored.
Vivek demanded that the government rectify its mistake and take steps to increase the seats in Hyderabad and Warangal medical colleges immediately. He said that he was seeking legal experts’ opinion on the medical seats issue and would file a petition based on their advice. If the government fails to increase the medical seats, Vivek said that he
would seek justice through the Supreme Court.
