Kupwara, April 20: Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah today asserted that his government would not let violators of human rights go “scot free” and ensure justice to sufferer without delay.
“The blood of innocent people in Jammu and Kashmir is not so cheap that those responsible for shedding it will be allowed to go scot free. We will ensure justice to every sufferer, as has been done by us in various such cases during the last 15 months,” Omar said, addressing a public meeting at Kalamchakla in the district of North Kashmir.
