TRS MP from Karimnagar Bowenpally Vinod Kumar has demanded that the Union government extend special status and tax exemption to both the Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.
Speaking to mediapersons, Vinod Kumar alleged that some people were unnecessarily trying to create confusion among the people saying that only the residuary Andhra Pradesh would be given special status. Stating that there was no link between Tax Exemption and Special Status, Vinod Kumar said they would not keep quiet if the NDA government tried to render injustice to the Telangana State in the matter of special status and tax exemption.
