Some unknown miscreants threw vine bottles inside Masjid Mohammedia at Subhash nagar area of Vemulawada. It is said that some unidentified miscreants drank vine and threw bottles inside the Jama Masjid and Masjid Mohammedia. Imam of the masjid who was sleeping then, woke up in horror only to find vine bottles in the masjid premises.
The locals lodged complaint at Vemulawada police station on which ASI Mr. Mohammed Shafi and Constable Surendar Reddy, Mohammed Abbas, Mazher Pasha reached the masjid and inspected the place. Keeping in view the rage among Muslims police force has been deployed near the masjid.
